Quincy was most helpful in the selection and installation of the flooring for our kitchen. She was professional and responsive, and we felt that she had a personal investment in our satisfaction. Great experience!
Kelvin was awesome. He was friendly, informative, punctual, and quickly got the job done! He was 100% better than previous people who did work on behalf of McSwain. I will ask for Kelvin the next time we need something done.
I had a great experience working with Mark Lawson and McSwain carpets when finding the right carpet, getting the quotes and the installation process. Mark was great with timely responses & getting carpet samples to me within 2-3 days. He helped make sure the installation process went smoothly, and I appreciated his help and always staying on top of everything. The installers were polite, respectful and did a great job.
On time and great installation
Thrilled with my experience at McSwain. John was amazing! The carpet quality and appearance is amazing! The price was actually affordable. Would highly recommend!!
Very easy process with excellent professional and educational service throughout. From sales to installation, everyone I worked with was exceptional!
